This is a 10" Italian Cream Cake!!! The coconut and pecans were sauteed in fresh butter and brown sugar before we added them to the cake batter. Too bad there is no smell-o-vision, because this one woke up the neighborhood! Lookin' good in B & W, just imagine bringing this baby to the next office potluck! Your secret is safe with us...but we'd prefer you spread the word about the authors of this sweet, culinary masterpiece. Ciao!
